    Improving your posture can improve neck and back pain! Also most of the thoracic outlet syndrome patients I see get 80% improvement in symptoms once they train their muscles to keep them in a good postural stance. It takes time but it's worth it! Think of a string pulling the top of your head upward to pull yourself out of pain.

I have a terrible spine :/ trying to work on this. A big part of proper posture is not just always focusing on it 24/7, but instead taking 15-20 min each day with eyes closed and a straightened spine. simply be aware of the alignment in your body. it will become easier to sit and stand straight over time!
