Grilled & Glazed Carrots - To save time I just steamed carrots and tossed with the 1:1 ratio balsamic vinegar: honey sauce. Fast and easy side dish, I'll make it again!
Grilled & Glazed Carrots 6 carrots (equal in size as possible) 1/8 c Balsamic vinegar 1/8 c Honey Method Mix balsamic & honey in sm bowl, whisk & set aside. Peel, & slice carrots in 1/2 horizontally. Put in zip-top bag & seal, leaving 1" unsealed. Cook carrots on high in microwave for two min, until they are slightly flexible. Grill carrots on med-high, grill (about 400*) for 3 min. Flip over, brush with glaze & grill another 3 min. Remove carrots to platter & brush with glaze.

Sea Salt and Honey Almond Butter I made this a few months ago, and while it was delicious, it did try to kill my food processor. I have a heavy duty Kitchen Aid one, so that's saying something. If your processor can handle it, I would say to run it as long as you can. My butter turned out dry and gritty, because I had to shut it off early. They flavor is great though! Summer Couscous Salad | Mel's Kitchen Cafe - didn't have green onions so I used half of a regular onion-chopped, added some kalmata olives, used two medium tomatoes-chopped because I didn't have baby ones. used 2 tablespoons of lemon juice instead of lemon zest because I didn't have any lemons.
