The WW Crockpot recipes page on FB has a couple varieties of pulled pork recipes - this is my personal favorite.  I used the leftover pulled pork to make dumplings with wonton wrappers for hot pot.  The leftovers actually made a ton of dumplings that I froze on a cookie sheet and then stored in a zip lock bag for later use.
