    Arroz a Piamontese. Frite 2 canecas de arroz lavado no óleo e alho até ficar solto como uma farofa. Coloque água dois dedos acima do arroz e tampe até secar Despeje uma caixinha de creme de leite, 100 g de queijo mussarela e 1 lata de champignon e deixe no fogo até a mussarela derreter e o arroz ficar como um risoto, bem molhadinho. Pronto!
