Lamb Kofta Salad...made a few changes because I didn't have certain ingredients: used lime instead of lemon, added 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cayenne, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 egg to kofta, x-ed the parsley and added avacado and blue cheese to salad soooooo DELISH!!!
