Spicy Cumin Lamb Skewers (Yang Rou Chuan) - used 50% garlic salt and 50% garlic powder in place of granulated garlic. Replaced wine with rice vinegar. Didn't have/use fennel. Excellent. Next time make with a bit less salt.

It will make your taste buds SING and you’ll be doing cartwheels all over your living room. Seriously.
