Benihana Salad Dressing 1/2 cup minced onion;1/2 cup peanut oil 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar;2 tbsp water 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger; 2 tbsp minced celery; 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce; 4 1/2 tsps sugar 2 tsps lemon juice; 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/4 tspn black pepper; 1/2 tspn salt directions Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well-pureed.
