    Twice Baked Potatoes

    Vegetarian • Gluten free • 1.5 hrs to make • Serves 4


    4 Russet potatoes, large
    1 Scallion

    Baking & Spices

    1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1 Nutmeg


    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1/2 cup Cheddar, sharp

    Baked Potatoes with Bacon Slices - All you do is peel whole potatoes, cut them all across, not too thin, and not all the way through, sprinkle with some salt, but not too much, the bacon is salty.
