Refrigerated

2 Egg whites from pastured eggs
4 Pastured eggs

Canned Goods

3/4 cup Coconut milk

Condiments

1/4 cup Honey, raw
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Maple syrup, Grade B

Baking & Spices

1 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1 cup Enjoy life chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 cup Tapioca starch
1 tbsp Vanilla

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Coconut oil
