Crescent Sausage Egg and Cheese Bake 2 pkg crescent rolls 1 8-oz pkg of cream cheese, soft 1 lb. sausage 6 eggs 1 c shredded cheese Press one pkg of crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan. Brown sausage, drain, add cream cheese, stir to melt. Scramble eggs, don't overcook. Layer sausage mix in dish, top with eggs, shredded cheese, cover with 2nd crescent roll. Cook for 11 to 13 minutes at 375 until lightly browned.
