The first pinner said, 'Torey Hayden's books are tough to read because the content is quite emotional, but she writes some of my favorite books. She is a teacher who writes about her experiences working with children who have special needs and/or have been emotionally abused. ====== "The story of a child trapped in silence and the teacher who refused to give up on her." '

A book about abuse, survival, and healing
