Ingredients: 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa 2 Packets Truvia (or Stevia of Choice) 1/4 Cup Cocoa 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 3 Tbsp Plain Pumpkin Puree 2 Eggs (or 1/4 Cup Ground Flax, 2 Tbsp Water and 2 Tbsp Nut Butter) 1 Tbsp Vanilla 2 Tbsp Agave (or Honey/Stevia) 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Makes 32 one inch brownies  For the brownies: 2 cups flax meal 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder  1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp kosher salt 3 tsp stevia powder 1/2 cup  smooth almond butter 2 eggs 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 Tbl sugar free chocolate flavored syrup (or you can substitute another 1/4 cup sf cocoa powder and an additional 1tsp stevia mixed with 2 Tbl of coconut oil or water)
