    TWEAK: Grandma’s Crustless Cheesecake Recipe // I used sugar sub (blend splenda & erythrito) and full fat cream cheese. It turned out a little dry, but tasty. Next time, will not use any splenda & will use stevia/erythritol blend. Also will take out of oven a little earlier. This cheesecake will crack but the topping covers it nicely. Can use a fruit topping iso the sour cream topping for a variation. Nice for a quick and tasty cheesecake fix.
