Add walnuts.In a second bowl, combine eggs, water, oil, sweetener & vanilla. Mix well. Grease an 8” microwave dish. Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into casserole dish.Microwave on high for 5 min.Turn upside down onto a baking rack. Cool.
