8 months after devastating tornado, Missouri hospital to be demolished - CNN.com

This cross hung in the emergency room at St. John's Mercy Hospital, which took a direct hit from the EF-5 tornado in Joplin, MO. After the storm passed, the cross remained, exactly where it always was. It will now grace the entry of the new hospital.
