ISLAND MIMOSA - Fill a champagne flute 1/2 way with champagne or sparkling wine. Add pineapple juice and Malibu Coconut Rum. Top with a dash of grenadine. Drop in 2-3 frozen pineapple chunks to keep drink chilled.
Tiramisu Martini Ingredients: 1 oz Frangelico 1 oz Skyy Vodka 1 oz Carolans Irish Cream 1/2 oz cold espresso Mix equal parts Frangelico, SKYY Vodka and Carolans Irish Cream in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with espresso and garnish with chocolate.
