super easy little snack - Banana Bites

Low Fat Banana Bread Recipe: In med bowl mix 2 eggs beaten, 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (3-5 bananas), 1 cup sugar, & 1/2 cups applesauce. Add 2 cups all purpose flour,1 1/2 tsp baking powder,1/2 t baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp cinnamon, & 1/8 tsp nutmeg. Mix well. Put in 2 sprayed 7.5 x 3.5" or one 9 x 5x 3 pan. Bake @ 350 for 55-60 min. gm
