Kripalu is a health and yoga retreat center just down the hill from Stonover.  An amazing place to practice yoga, or just rest and recharge, Kripalu is also best experienced with an overnight stay, but can be sampled with a Day Pass.  For $120 you can arrive as early as 6am and attend all the daily yoga classes, dance classes, lectures and workshops, as well as their legendary cafeteria.
