yes, I do actually consider homemade pasta an easy midweek meal, but I think I'm just crazy like that.
The homemade whole-wheat pasta was a smashing success tonight...even easier and better tasting than I remembered. The texture of fresh pasta is just to.die.for. It's kind of like the difference between grocery store and home grown tomatoes! We are now officially spoiled and will have a hard time going back to store bought pasta again (at least anytime soon!).
