|2 cans||(10.75 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed|

In a large stockpot, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly, to make a light roux

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
Easy to make and tasted pretty good. Except....I didn't have the Greek seasoning mix and was too lazy to go out looking for it, so had to go on the interwebs to find a substitute recipe and mix up the spices myself. Lots of topping for the amount of chicken - had to leave some on my plate :( A nice chunk of pita would have come in handy!
