Pa and Ma Ingalls. Pa is all movement and wildness with his hair and his restless seating position and his bright blue eyes that look like the last thing he wants to do is sit still for another second in front of the camera. Ma is all calmness, smoothness and stillness with her hair tidy and proper and her hands folded neatly in her lap.
