Freezer to Crockpot Stuffed Peppers. I made mine with Soy TVP to make it Vegetarian but you can also add ground beef or turkey! Make this summer when you are overflowing with green peppers in your garden and freeze for later!
Quinoa and Black Bean Stuffed Bell Peppers - um wow! Delicious. Makes enough for about 10 normal sized pepper halves, though! Freezing the leftover stuffing in batches. Sharp cheddar--lots of it--on top is a must.
