Keep the mix tightly sealed in an airtight container until used and remember: This recipe is called 1-2-3 Cake because all you need to remember is 3 T.mix, 2 T. water, and 1 minute in the microwave. And a big thank you goes out to Aunt Betty!!

Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. Single serving! You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream whipped cream or whatever. You simply assemble as follows: 1 box Angel Food cake mix 1 box any flavor cake mix 2 T. water Directions: Using a large plastic bowl with a tightly fitting lid or a large zip lock bag, combine the two boxes of cake mix stirring or shaking well. For each individual serving, take out 3 T. of the cake mixture and mix it with 2 T. of water in a small microwave sake container. I used a small coffee mug. Microwave on high for 1 minute. This is SOOO good and good for you! 2 ingredient cake. Mix together, 1 Angel Food cake mix (dry) and 1, 20 or 22 ounce can of fruit pie filling. Thats it! Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up. If you use light pie filling it is only 2pts a slice on Weight Watchers!

I'm sold! Two-ingredient Lemon Bars. One box of angel food cake mix and one can of lemon pie filling; mix together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, sprinkle with powder sugar and then get your taste buds ready for an explosion of lusciousness!

2-Ingredient Cinnamon Apple Cake: 1 can of apple pie filling and 1 box of Angel food cake (dry mix only). Combine both ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes or until top browns.

These cookies are AMAZING. Very soft and almost cake-like in texture. Sometimes I substitute the vanilla pudding mix with chocolate and add white/butterscotch chips in place of the chocolate chips to make muddies.
