      Summer Mantel - another pinner said: "Love the seashell garland. Use some heavy rope, which has a nautical feel and drape it across the top. Glued or tie shells and mason jar lids to pieces of twine and tie them to the heavy rope instead of doing a traditional wreath." I would use the rope but I wouldn't have it on the mantle like that. I would put it somewhere else like a banister or something. But it's a really cute idea!
