We used our 8x8ft tent I have for my craft shows and set it at its lowest height. Covered it with white sheets, added lights, blankets, pillows, balloons and decoration on the inside. It was an instant hit. Our little one played for hours in the 'tent'!
Sugar Cube Castle--Every year we make a castle of sugar cubes to keep us focused on preparing room for the coming King. No matter what your personal beliefs may be, this is such a fun and beautiful Christmas craft. It requires about 4 boxes of sugar cubes, 2 containers of icing, and candy as desired. There are lots of design ideas on Google. Our other tradition is to serve this to our kids and friend's kids at our New Year's Eve party. ;-) Total cost for this castle: $17
