    How Recruiters Look at Your Resume: Using eyetracking software during evaluations, researchers found that recruiters spent 6 seconds on a resume looking for 6 primary things: name, current company and title, prior company and title, previous poition, current position, and education. Beyond these 6 points, recruiters did little more than scan for keywords matching available positions.
