Blend 1 flat tsp. of vanilla whey protein with ½ tsp. extra virgin coconut oil, 2 good pinches of celtic sea salt, 3-4 shakes of stevia (or 3 t. Truvia), and ½ -1 t. of vanilla/butter extract... Add 1 c boiling water; blend, while adding scant ¾ tsp. glucomannan, for about a minute and half, turn off, add extra ¼ cup water; blend again for longer. Taste n adjust
