Educator and Missionary Fanny Jackson Coppin, 1913. Received her Bachelor's from Oberlin College in 1865. Went on to teach Greek and Mathematics at Cheyney University of PA and founded Coppin State University in 1900, a HBCU in Baltimore. Coppin has been offering academic opportunities for the last 113 years.
