Sand the bottom of our old wall mount sink, the old renters painted it many years ago and now it's peeling D: then spray paint it with a rustoleum paint to freshen it up and protect it from water damage in the future!

May have to consider something like this since we have a small restroom at the studio. Plus, the walls aren't in great shape and it may be easier to "cover" them with wainscoting or something to that effect instead of scraping and painting.
