lobster rolls - figures, just had leftover lobster as salad for lunch today (never leftover lobster in this house, but bought extra for BIG birthday). Next time, will buy extra and try this recipe for lunch. Mmmm, my all time favorite food, LOBSTER!!!

Lobster Rolls -- Used live lobsters where 1 lobster = 1 lb of lobster meat. So, for 2 servings, get 2-3 whole lobsters.- I didn't add Tarragon. Instead, chopped up fresh Parsley, cilantro, chives.- If you get French rolls, it's best to toast it.- Make the butter sauce: 1-2 tbsp butter and 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and melt it butter with garlic (garlic infused butter).
Little Lobster Rolls- These looked so good and thought they would be PERFECT for an appetizer for a wedding. Shrimp Po Boys would also be easy enough to make using this same idea...how about making a mini pretzel roll? The ideas are endless!.
