Frozen watermelon popsicles. Insert popsicle sticks through the rind and into the flesh of the watermelon. Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and serve like popsicles!
3 c watermelon puree (1/2 watermelon) 1/2 c blueberries 1/2 c strawberries 1 kiwi 1 peach 10 cherries pitted Cut watermelon in chunks and blend until smooth. Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds (amount needed will vary depending on size of molds). Fill each one with the chopped fresh fruit. Then pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top. Place a popsicle stick into each one. Place into your freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
