Pie Fries **** Cut pie crust (or pie crust scraps) into strips with a fluted pastry wheel. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and suger. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Eat "as is" or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting

Easy Oven-Baked Churros. These are super easy and good for a quick dessert when you've got teenagers in the house. The kids liked these, but you need to go easy on the butter/sugar in the finishing stage. I rolled them in the cinnamon sugar after dipping them in the butter. It would be better to brush them with melted butter and sprinkle them with cinnamon/sugar. Rating: Teen-Approved.
