    Chicken: 4 large chicken breasts 2 sleeves Ritz crackers 1/4 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1/2 C milk 3 C cheddar cheese, grated 1 t dried parsley Sauce: 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup 2 T sour cream 2 T butter Bake 40 minutes in 400 deg. oven remove foil and cook 10 minutes more. Combine ingredients for sauce in pan and cook over medium heat until hot. Really easy, would feel comfortable making for dinner with friends.

    Crispy Chicken 4 large chicken breasts 2 sleeves Ritz crackers 1/4 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1/2 C milk 3 C cheddar cheese, grated Sauce: 1 14 ounce can cream of chicken soup 2 T sour cream 2 T butter Dip Chicken breasts into three pans - Milk, Shredded Cheese, and Crushed Ritz Crackers. Then place in a pan, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 400 - So crispy and delicious!! Sauce: Mix Cream of Chicken, Sour Cream, and Butter in a sauce pan over medium/high heat. Serve over chicken!

The Recipe Critic: Crispy Cheddar Chicken Chicken dipped in milk then ritz cracker crumbs, salt and pepper, topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I added a slice of bell pepper on top for presentation. Cooked at 400 for 30mins. Sauce is cream of chicken, butter, sour cream, and I added a bit of milk to thin it out. Sooooo AMAZING!

Spray pan, lay in chicken, sprinkle w/parsley. Bake 350 35 min w/foil cover. Remover cover bake 10 more minutes.
