Hard Boiled Egg 'Chickens'! Start out by slicing your carrot, slice as seen in the photo. Slice off a bit of the bottom of each egg so it will stand upright. Place the egg upright - Slice down on the top of the egg about 1/2 inch & push gently the carved carrot piece into the egg. Add black peppercorns to each side of the egg (eyes) Repeat all steps for each eggs. Serve on a bed of spinach.
