What is the bakers cinnamon mix in this recipe?

  • King Arthur Flour

It's one of the products that we sell in our Baker's Catalog that is a combination of thickeners, sugar and cinnamon that will mix with water to make a nice thick cinnamon spread or filling for all types of baked goods (it stays wonderfully gooey after the bake too! yum!) . If you don't have this in your pantry, you can just make a more typical filling like the one found in this recipe: http://www.kingarthurflour.... Happy Baking! Jocelyn@KAF

Donut Muffin by kingarthurflour: This is a great muffin for kids (young or old) who don't want a lot of "stuff" in their muffins. With its basic sugar-cinnamon-nutmeg flavor, it's more reminiscent of a plain doughnut (without the deep-fat frying) than anything else. #Donut #Muffin
