      "I think this is low-er fat" broccolini cheese soup- Steam and then puree (if desired) two cups of broccolini. Heat 2 cups of low-fat milk. Add 2 cups of shredded asiago cheese, 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar, and 2 tbsp of velveeta (mmm...) While melting, add, broccolini and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of sea salt, remove from heat, and continue stirring until cheese is completely melted. (Next time, I will add shredded carrots!) Makes one big bowl or two smaller bowls.
