Running Record App...I can do it on my own but after 17 children an app might just be fun!

TOP APPS FOR PRE-K: Handwriting Without Tears: Wet-Dry-Try Capital Letters & Numbers... an electronic version of Wet-Dry-Try. It teaches children to form letters from the top down. it at least allows children to learn how to correctly form a capital letter and number. it can be frustrating for younger children. I would suggest this app for children who are 4+. $4.99

NASA Kid's Club is a wonderful science and space website for children.

Free app….Let students read a passage and record themselves reading. Review the reading with the student...They can reread as many times as you want them to in order to gain greater fluency!! Students improve when they can hear their own reading, evaluate it, and make a plan to improve!

The NASA website for kids has a lot of activities. This particular activity is like an "online" paper doll, but it's an astronaut. It's a great activity to use for reinforce sound productions. The students particularly enjoy seeing that astronauts wear "diapers".

NASA Space Shuttle Launch..Great info..It's still hard to understand or believe that after $980 Billion or now more than 1Trillion Dollars invested in NASA's budget we now have to hitch a ride into space with the fine folks from Russia.
