So TRUE! I ran with injured knees and a shin splint...and I besides the excruciating pain from those injuries, I didn't feel tired until mile 11! Something about the last few miles that starts getting your heart rate up and makes your more exhausted! The adrenaline is good for the last push to the finish line though!
Workout tip jar. After each workout, tip yourself $1. After 100 workouts, treat yourself to new shoes or clothes or massage... BEST IDEA EVER! :) I think I will start this tomorrow... i think i will!!!
