you know what? I'm gonna heft my wiggly butt up and start doing this daily. I think I could manage it...

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

I do a work out like this just a little different: 100 Rope Jumps 90 Jumping Jacks 80 High Knees 70 Squats 60 Crunches 50 Lunges 40 Push ups 30 Triceps dips 20 Jump Up touch ground 10 Burpies

Finally spent some time (lots of time) on this blog... It is amazing! She sets up a monthly calendar, but has soooo many awesome workouts. I've started doing these with my dance fitness classes and they love them!

Legs. I was surprised when this one left me sore the next day! Works the arms a bit too during some moves- also isn't super time consuming. If you aren't a beginner I would do more than this though for your legs.

There was once a time that I could do this without breaking a sweat. I WANT MY DANCERS BODY BACK!!!!
