    When the underside of this antique chair broke, its owner attached its sturdy legs to the base of the chair back with wood screws and added hooks to create a coat rack with character.

    Grandaddy made one of these for me as a kid, I named it Pegasus and spent my entire childhood on it. When I was too old to swing on it anymore, he mounted it on my bedroom wall for me to hang things on. It's there to this day and always makes me smile when I go home to visit. :-)
