Fish is the plural of fish not fishes.

  • Kaity Reeves

Fishes can be the plural of fish, if you're referring to different types of fish. Which this person might be, considering they're all different sizes. Nobody likes a know-it-all. ;)

Re: fish vs. fishes, I'd hesitate to tell the artist (the etsy seller) what to call the piece. If she lists it as "fishes," i would never change it to "fish."
