Stuffed peppers - cook ground beef, boil rice, boil peppers a little. Season ground beef (salt, pepper, garlic powder) put beef & rice together then mix in tomato sauce (or marinara). Stuff pepper with filling - half way add cheese - more filling then more cheese on top towards the end. Add water and gravy in bottom of baking dish. Bake peppers in liquid for 350 degrees until peppers are nice and soft.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken with cream cheese filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, garlic. Divide the mixture into 4 balls. Place 1 cream cheese ball in the center of each butterflied chicken breast half. Fold the chicken, wrap with a slice of bacon, secure w/ toothpick. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour the butter over the chicken. Bake 30 mins.
