Homemade Lavender water spray for bedding All you need are three simple ingredients: 2 cups distilled water 4 oz. vodka 40 drops lavender essential oil (or any other essential oil you prefer) You'll also need an empty, clean spray bottle. First measure out the vodka and pour into the bottle, then add the essential oil. Shake it up really well. The alcohol mixes with the oil, whereas the water will not.Then add the water. Screw the top back on, shake it up again and spray those sheets!
Lavender Linen Spray Recipe - I have been wanting to do this!!! Simply fill a small pump spray bottle with one cup of water and add 10-20 drops of the pure Lavender oil. You can control how strong the scent is by adjusting the amount of essential oil you use. What an easy Lavender water recipe!
DIY lavender linen spray. 1 1/2 cups water 1 tbsp rubbing alcohol 100% pure essential lavender oil. Boil water in a small pan for about 10 minutes to rid of any impurities. Cool to room temperature, and add alcohol and 20-50 drops of essential oil, depending on how strong you want your spray to be scented. I keep it at 20 drops. Stir to mix.
This project is a great room or linen spray on it's own, or a base for something a little more elaborate. And since it is just citrus and vodka, if you like, it could also make a nice additional to your bar : ) The vodka and citrus fruits have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that will freshen up a room or closet without additional chemicals.
DIY How to Make your own perfume. One suggestion I would make is to use Perfumers Alcohol, if you can't get Everclear. And please do ck your ratio's when using Essential Oils or even Fragrance oils for that matter.
