Receta Tembleque Puerto Rico- ingredients:   2 cans of coconut milk 4 cups hot water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup of cornstarch   procedure:   Mix coconut milk or cream with the 4 cups of hot water. In a saucepan combine the cornstarch and Blue ™ car. Add the coconut milk and stir the mixture over low heat until you get a thick consistency. Remove pan from heat and pour into a mold. Let cool and turn it over on a flat mold.
