    I made this as written. I altered the oven temp for safety and lengthened the rise times by 10 min. The bread came out perfectly. 1 cup whole wheat flour, three cups unbleached. I use King Arthur brand. Great recipe!brand

I started working on this a ago and pinned the rough sketch of the lettering. I made this for my moms birthday. Here's the finished product!

Dan Leader's 4-Hour Baguette. Maybe it's because I didn't have a baking stone, or maybe I didn't cook it for long enough, but my bread did not come out as crusty as I would like. They made cute demi-baguettes, and took about 5 hours start-to-finish. Great soft crumb and medium-sized holes.

Heavenly Oatmeal-Molasses Rolls - Next on my list of things to bake but will be chaging 1/2 of the flour to whole wheat.
