1 California avocado, ripe

1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Yellow bell pepper

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper, cracked
3/8 tsp Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 1/2 tsp Distilled white vinegar

Bread & Baked Goods

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
12 Savory butter king's hawaiian rolls

1 tbsp Milk
1/4 cup Sour cream

    Salmon Sliders with Tangy Avocado Sauce... {Another pinner said} "I had to finally cave and buy a food processor so that I could make these, haha. And I'm glad I did - these are yummy and easy! I would add a bit more salt to the dressing, but that was it. I also "Sonic-fied" my Hawaiian rolls by putting a bit of butter on them and popping them on the electric grill for a couple minutes." Yum

Baked Mozzarella Sticks. These were pretty good, like the recipe says you have to eat them right out of the oven (when they cool off a little) otherwise they aren't good. The breading was really yummy and they were great dipped in marinara sauce. They weren't as good as restaurant style ones, not as soft and creamy but still good for making them at home. And easy too!
