A great chicken meal with an Italian flare. This was easy to make-- pound the chicken thin, place slices of salami and 2T of mozzarella cheese-- and then roll it up. It only required 4 ingredients, and took 45 mins in the oven. I never had salami before, but it added a nice layer of flavor without being overpowering. I served this with spaghetti squash and we absolutely loved it! We'll definitely make this again. (Mozzarella and Salami Chicken Roll-ups)
