Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
Eat moderately 6 x a day. Heaviest meal before noon. 3 small meals with more green veggies (carrots are a starch like a potato and if you eat too many it's like eating a chocolate candy bar!) than meat (3oz cooked) and 3 low carborhydrate snack under 15 carbs recommended by Diebetic Nutrition counselors to avoid high blood sugar.
Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). If you have a craving for something, only eat as much as you need to kill that craving. Plus don't consume sugar drinks.
