    FREE Extra Credit Activity - Challenging students to take charge of their media "addictions" by a 28-day DISTRACTION DARE. This activity was borne out of the realization that students (and adults) are having a really hard time adjusting to the increasing distractions of social media and personal technology. This dares students to turn off and unplug on purpose to see what could happen and what they could learn about themselves.
