    "Mom's" Rosemary Foccacia. Takes less than an hour from mixing to baked.

    Recipe: Mom's Rosemary Focaccia | The Kitchn. Notes: Made 10/12; was a little on the dry side. Baked one in cake pan, one on pizza stone; cake pan made slightly soggy bread. Next time, add a little more olive oil to dough and top. Knead in mixer for ~10 minutes, add 1 t vital gluten (flour = 1/2 KAF artisan, 1/2 white whole-wheat flour). KEEP.
