Cake Batter Pudding Cookies, pretty delicious. Soft on the inside and a nice crunch on the outside, a nice use for those odd leftovers from Birthday Cake Rice Krispies (left over cake mix) and most of Hungry Girl's cupcake recipes (left over cake mix and pudding mix).
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 0% vanilla Chobani) 2/3 cups dry red velvet cake mix 2-3 Tbsp powdered sugar Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cake mix and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until well incorporated. If you prefer it to be sweeter add an additional tablespoon. 2. Place in serving bowl and enjoy with shortbread or your favorite fruits!
